For our last February meet up of 2021, our team met up at Wiki Wiki Sandbar’s new location on Folly Beach (previously Taco Boy’s spot). We were wowed with our first experience at this Hawaiian eatery back in Feb. of 2019, and this experience was even better than we remembered!
We indulged in the classics we fell in love with last time- The Pineapple Incident- Pineapple Dole Whip, Rum Bar Silver, lime, whipped cream, the PuPu Platter (teehee)- an assortment of char siu ribs, five-spiced wings, wiki sticks, coconut shrimp, egg rolls, and bacon-wrapped pineapple, and the Crispy Fish Sandwich- Panko crusted white fish, shredded lettuce, tomato, pickle, lemon-herb aioli on brioche, served with fries.

They’re also known for the SPAM Sliders, Poke Bowls and extravagant fruity cocktails that come with the option to purchase the festive tropical glass it come in (which is an obvious must). Oh, and did we mention there are 60+ rums to choose from? Talk about a rum lovers paradise.

We love the ambiance of their new center street spot! Their ceiling is a work of art, complete with colorful umbrellas, buoys, glass spheres, woven baskets and more. Wiki Wiki’s laid-back vibes will transport you to the beachy oasis of your dreams. Let’s just say, the next time you see someone on your feed soaking up the sun in the tropics- head on over to Wiki Wiki and your FOMO will be erased instantly.
