Turns out that Prohibition’s food is just as awesome as their cocktails, live music six nights a week and free swing dancing + salsa lessons! Our TastemakersCHS crew recently dined on their sunny back patio and we are already itching to return for round two! Our favorites? The Perry Sour cocktail and Smoked Beef Tartare! Why? Because $1 from every order through June 16 goes to Southeastern Guide Dogs as part of our TastemakersCHS charity partnership program- an incredible organization that trains guide and service dogs of the highest pedigree for people who are blind & for veterans. Perry Sour: St. George pear brandy, lime, egg white, Peychauds

Smoked Beef Tartare: anchovies, capers, potato chips, radish, cured egg yolk

Blue Cheese & Walnut Tart: green apple and fennel salad, sorghum syrup
